How about instead of snorting like a tard, how about you learn some basics of currency and economics?
The dollar is backed by the US government The US government, like every other solid government, has a physical means of backing this, aka GOLD. They also have other commodities that give the paper money the ability to hold ground. You see, if a US based company pays a UK based one, $100million, the UK based company knows that it is backed by the gold standard, which is accepted by pretty much every country in the world. Paper money is used today inplace of the once common gold and silver coins. Precious metals used to be used to conduct business, just incase you thought the sacks of gold in games and cartoons were made up at random. I can go on and on and give you other details about how currency works, but I doubt you care.
Now CCP on the other hand, does not back ISK. If you tell them you want to exchange your ISK for dollars, pounds, ruples, yen, pesos...etc, they're going to tell you no, then laugh at you when you leave. IF you goto a US bank, and tell them you want to exchange your EVE-Online ISK for US dollars, they'll probably ask if you ment Icelandic kronar(sp?), and when you tell them it's MMO money, they'll laugh at you, probably to your face.
So you see Miss Troll, you're wrong, the US dollar is backed by the government, and has solid backing to it. CCP doesn't back eve-online ISK, therefore there's no substance behind it by default.
